“Great workers! I recieved wonderful help today fron a woman. I so wish i asked her name since she was amazing. I asked her about hair products and body lotions and she was super knowledgavle especially about hair care. I just know she was in the hair/lotion area today at around 1:30 pm. Name started with a j I am pretty sure based on her name tag but it was faded. But she was great and the product i bought with her help is definitely something i am buying over and over and over since it was a mousse and the best i have used. Great selection!”
“I bought a used Xbox at this location almost exactly a year ago, but failed to buy the warranty! Brought my broken Xbox in today and spoke with Fernando. He was so helpful and patient in helping me find a replacement and a little credit for my old Xbox! ?

“Vanessa went out of her way for over 4 hours to help me. I had already been to 2 other cricket stores earlier and then was sent to hers. Her commitment and outstanding customer service has been AMAZING!! I have never experienced such patience and dedication anywhere else. Cricket is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! I specifically asked to speak with her higher ups as she should be given a big RAISE!! Anyone else would have told me “sorry they can’t help” and some actually did. In fact Vanessa is the one that came up with the solution that actually fixed my phone issue, and we tried calling helpdesk and other cricket avenues who could not or would not help. THANK YOU, VANESSA! You are the BEST!!”

“This has become my go-to place for SLA batteries. Wide variety of sizes and types, all good quality. I buy on eBay and pick up here. The front door is usually locked, so you have to know to drive around to the back, but the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very competitive, and they keep plenty of stock on hand. Whenever I'm too busy to pick up, they ship quickly.”

“I brought in an old Dell computer to recycle. They were so kind & knowledgeable about every question I had. They were also kind enough to remove the hard drive (easing my mind) and make a copy for me while I waited. The computer was too old to re-sell, but will be broken down for parts. Great place! I'd recommend to anyone!!!”

“Great store, I always find what I am looking for, several beer options and bread, snacks, sodas, wine, etc. There is a lotto machine and MoneyGram. Good store and there's a gas station too, with really good prices.”
“The store was quite small but good enough selection of the drinks, snacks and some prepared hot foods. The only cashier was helpful and friendly but no smile or greetings. The interior looked clean but some of drinks were with obvious dust on the cans. The exterior might need a bit help of maintenance.”
