The customer service was impeccable, the original couch I wanted wasn’t in stock and they helped me find a similar one and went back and forth with me over options. I want to take a moment to recognize Jane for the incredible job she does at Metro by T-Mobile. She deserves so much appreciation for the patience, professionalism, and kindness she shows customers—especially when they come into the store frustrated because another location made a mistake that Jane had nothing to do with.
It’s not easy being the only person working in the store while dealing with upset customers who may take their frustration out on her. Yet Jane continues to stay calm, respectful, and focused on finding a solution. She goes above and beyond to help people, even when the situation is difficult and completely outside of her control.
Jane should be recognized for her hard work and dedication. Customers may not always see everything she has to deal with behind the counter, but her effort and commitment truly make a difference.

“So my child's phone was a mess and I ran to this location cause they needed a new phone ASAP. This man (*whose name i forgot, I'm so sorry!) actually took the time to explain to them why this had happened and talked about her options.
They even took the time to get their new phone adjusted and we were glad that everything was resolved!
I'm so glad that he took the time to fix our issues and gave great advice to them!

“Great workers! I recieved wonderful help today fron a woman. I so wish i asked her name since she was amazing. I asked her about hair products and body lotions and she was super knowledgavle especially about hair care. I just know she was in the hair/lotion area today at around 1:30 pm. Name started with a j I am pretty sure based on her name tag but it was faded. But she was great and the product i bought with her help is definitely something i am buying over and over and over since it was a mousse and the best i have used. Great selection!”
“I went in as a first time customer to submit cards for grading. Sales person was very thorough professional and patient. I will definitely come back. The web interface is comprehensive and I'm able to track the status of my submission order through the process. They need more staff because wait times were long and there was only one employee behind the counter.”
“This is one of my favorite 711's. I have been going to this location alot because they were the only location that had Sugar free Slurpees. There use to be a locations that had it but they discontinued it...NOW this location has discontinued it SMH. So unfortunately for me No more Slurpees. I am going to cancel my drink club now...no reason to keep it. I only joined for the Slurpees. I still had multiple drinks left too SMH. I will give them away. Now no reason to visit anymore 😕. Employees are nice here. 🤩”

“This has become my go-to place for SLA batteries. Wide variety of sizes and types, all good quality. I buy on eBay and pick up here. The front door is usually locked, so you have to know to drive around to the back, but the staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are very competitive, and they keep plenty of stock on hand. Whenever I'm too busy to pick up, they ship quickly.”

“This is the best 7-11 in Richardson. The owner, Jacob, is there most days and care a lot about his store. He knows the students nearby use and need his store for more than just slurpees snd stocks its shelves accordingly. Not to mention the general staff who, if you let them, can be really kind and personable people. I really like this location.”

“The store was quite small but good enough selection of the drinks, snacks and some prepared hot foods. The only cashier was helpful and friendly but no smile or greetings. The interior looked clean but some of drinks were with obvious dust on the cans. The exterior might need a bit help of maintenance.”
