If I could leave negative stars I would driver REFUSES to deliver packages our house will mark packages undeliverable due to weather dry sunny day or incorrect address cause he’s too lazy to do his job this has happened multiple times and you can’t call and speak to person FedEx is sub par go with another company

Never can talk to a real person . And drivers be putting package on porch and taking pic and removing it . Scam . And u can’t even talk with someone . And they know it .

Its hard getting them to leave pkgs and if they leave them on the truck its a pain tracking them down.

So the driver just pulled up to my mailbox and drove off. I watched him/her from my window. I walk out,down the drive to county road to my to USPS mailbox and driver left DOOR TAG on outside of my mailbox flag that my package needs signature. No shit thats why I'm home waiting! Driver never came in my driveway as it is long and I live in the country. Never attempted to come to my house or my door at all. I even have a delivery box for Fed Ex Amazon UPS on my porch. Driver used postal mailbox to leave a door tag that they were unable to deliver packaged that needed a signature because nobody is home. Funny! I'm watching you lie and leave right now. Now I have to drive to town 15 miles to pickup my package at Fed Ex facility. Normally would be the next day but I pitched such a fit to customer service that they assure me I can get it 6pm today. I have an appt at 6pm today I have to reschedule because this package is vital to receiving TODAY. I should have ran driver down in my vehicle to get my package. Fed Ex this driver in little van is a complete lazy liar and he should be fired!

My package arrived a day earlier than expected when using FedEx... The USPS has lost half of every package that I have sent my grandchildren in the past 2 years... I will ALWAYS use FedEx moving forward... The USPS is a joke!!!

They say that they tried to deliver a package but never left a “delivery attempt”
notification or call to let know they are trying to deliver it. Makes me think that they never come to deliver, like in other reviews. I don’t know if the delivery guy is trying to steal my package, I live one hour away of the FedEx office so it’s a headache to go to grab my package to the store
