IQ Car Wash provides exceptional customer service. Staff take complaints seriously and go above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied. They take pride in their work and make an effort to take care of customers personally. Rick and Tommy are awesome guys who want to ensure customers are treated right and appreciated. The car wash offers a range of services, including automatic wash, pre-wash, and scrub brush. They use highly effective soap and have strong water pressure. In some cases, staff may notice and rectify any issues with the wash, such as not getting all the bugs off. However, not all customers have had the same positive experience. When vacuums are being used by more than two at a time, they don't have very good suction. In some cases, the wash stopped midway through the cycle, and an attendant showed up and quickly took care of the situation. This morning, the wash stopped in the pre-soak process, and there was not an attendant. It is wished that a message could be left for reimbursement somehow.
About the only negative thing I can say is the wait time can sometimes be very long. Amarillo could certainly use another quality car wash in the Southwest part of town.

The touch free car wash (cheapest option) did such a great job! Definitely better than a the drive through car washes!

This is my favorite car wash. Always clean, if something isn’t working the owner and employees are working to repair it quickly. I usually wash at my own facility but I use IQ when in Amarillo!
