“I'm from out of down, in Amarillo for work for one night. I got to my hotel and my watch band broke (pin broke) while unpacking, I love this watch, have to have it. Googled for watch repairs and Graham Brothers came up. I called and they politely said they don't know if they have the pin for the band but would love to try to help. I went to Graham Brothers right away, walked in and was immediately helped and they had the pin, in and out in 5 minutes!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!”

“Stopped here with a few pieces of jewelry and was helped by Christina. She was so sweet and had awesome blue nails. Came first thing on Monday morning. Sold a ring for a fair price. She was sweet as was open to everything I brought in. I was feeling like I was taking up her time and she kept her focus on me and seemed un-bothered. Really good customer service and if I needed to sell something again and was from this area I would definitely go back.”

“I took my wedding set in to be cleaned and repaired. At first, I was a little put-off by the young ladies who were working there. They were not very friendly, but were polite and knew their business. Since Goodin's had been recommended by a friend, I went ahead and completed the transaction. I received a call from Mr Goodin when my rings were ready. ( in a timely manner) He was very kind and polite. When I picked them up, I was so very pleased! They looked brand new, instead of 46 years old! I was so pleased, I left a second ring for him to work his magic on. The same young lady waited on me, and I realized that, perhaps, she's just very quiet and professional. I will be back and I will recommend Goodin's to others.”

“Most definitely would recommend this jeweler to anyone I know, I brought in a ring to be resized on a Wednesday evening about 20 min prior to closing and was still greeted kindly. They let me know it could be 3-4 days for my item to be ready however to my astonishment the next day, early morning my ring was finished and at first sight it was as if nothing had been done to it, flawless work, non existent to the eye! Fit just perfect and they even buffed the piece for extra shine. One of my best experiences with a business.”

“On Sunday, 1/18, I went into the Kendra Scott store in Amarillo, Texas to replace my mother-in-law’s necklace and purchase a matching pair of earrings. My in-laws had recently lost everything they owned in a house fire, and this particular necklace meant so much to her.
My brother-in-law is a senior in high school and shows stock show animals. His lucky color is lime green, and my mother-in-law has always worn a lime green Kendra Scott necklace to show her support for him. Replacing that piece was incredibly important to our family.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by happy, genuinely helpful staff. They immediately helped me find exactly what I needed. The Color Bar experience was so much fun, and I loved being able to customize a new piece of jewelry for my mother-in-law as a surprise.
While working with a consultant named Eden, I shared why I was there and explained our situation. She was not only incredibly empathetic, but she also shared her own experience with stock shows, which made the interaction even more meaningful and personal.
When I went to check out, I noticed the total was much lower than expected, but I didn’t question it at the time. After leaving the store, I realized Eden had given me the necklace completely free of charge and applied my birthday discount to the custom earrings. The kindness behind that gesture left me absolutely stunned.
When I called my mother-in-law to tell her that her necklace had been replaced — and that it was gifted because of her situation — she was bawling. She couldn’t believe the compassion shown by complete strangers who had never even met her.
Acts of kindness like this don’t happen often, especially in today’s world. Thank you to Eden and the amazing team at the Kendra Scott store in Amarillo. You didn’t just make my mother-in-law’s day — you gained a customer for life.”
