“First off, no pressure sales. Orion heard us when we said we were in the market, but we were shopping. He asked questions to determine how to narrow down what might suit us best. He focused on our comfort, not in the price. He didn’t try to upsell everything. Explained the features of the mattresses we were interested in and let us decide what would work best for you. Gave quotes for different options and we left without making a purchase. Decided to go back the next day, but Orion wasn’t there. No worries. The sales rep that assisted us answered any additional questions, put in the order under Orion and the price matched what we were. quoted. We weren’t planning on upgrading that quickly, but Orion made us feel confident about making it and we should have our new mattress within a few days.”

“We came to D&D looking for a few very specific things. We were quickly greeted by a salesman, shared our needs and budget, and he helped us find exactly what we wanted. He was super nice!We were in and out in probably 10 minutes. It was so easy and a great experience. They offer free delivery so that’s a huge plus since we don’t have a vehicle to easily transfer the mattress.Only con of our experience was the smell of the store. Smelled like an incredibly strong perfume. It was intense haha. A little nervous my mattress is going to smell like that too.”

We stopped in and decided to take a look at some dining room chairs since we were there anyway. Angie greeted us and very nice and helpful. We've been wanting a new Sleep-Number, ours is 18 years old. It saved us having to drive into Ft Worth to your store there. We are excited to have it delivered. We love Sleep-Number mattresses. We wish you still made them for motorhomes. We have put them in each motorhome we've bought. We called last month to have one put in our new motorhome, and we can no longer get one...sad.”

“My wife and I were in search of a new table , we had gone to a couple other furniture places and Texas Furniture was the best overall. The customer service was wonderful! At other places no one really took the time to walk around and show their available tables. Suzette was the employee we worked with and she checks all the boxes for great customer service! “We went to 3 other stores before coming here. We were looking for a refrigerator to take home today, because all of our food was going to spoil. Everyplace we went to wanted to deliver a refrigerator next week. I have a truck for a reason.Anyway, this place has a large selection of INEXPENSIVE appliances. Many of the appliances are slightly dinged, but otherwise work fine and are brand new.Best of all, we picked the refrigerator we wanted AND were able to take it home with us THAT DAY.”
