Wish there was a zero star rating! They transferred the my baby prescription to another pharmacy without even letting me know, after providing the medicine for two months and the new pharmacy doesn’t even take my baby’s insurance so now I am so scared that my baby might miss a dose

They control where you get your meds. If they don't want you to fill your meds at a local pharmacy they can make you use them only. They deny needed meds. Ready to leave them.

Very frustrating to deal with. I had to consistently follow up or things did not progress to get approval for a critical, time sensitive medication.
