So very hard to work with. I have used Cigna mail order for my meds for years and not had any problems. Now I am forced to use MaxorPlus and they are horrible. It has taken 3 weeks for this company to get my orders in correct. Still on the phone with them to understand why my med is still showing "processing". This med I need for my past cancer and do not want to waste my time working with this company. Avoid the frustration is you can!

Very frustrating to deal with. I had to consistently follow up or things did not progress to get approval for a critical, time sensitive medication.

while the customer service person was nice (5) the company policies and the website have a lot to be desired. They do not request transfers from other pharmacies and you cannot manage you own prescriptions on line. The website is a joke. overall company experience 1

This pharmacy/company is greedy and will not release your script if you want to transfer to someone else. They gave me a run around as I tried to do that due to change in my insurance plan. Oh! And yes, they will lie! Wasted hours of my time to just get this one RX transferred.

Most dysfunctional company I have ever dealt with. Was on the phone with them for two hours yesterday. Everyone I talked with passed me on to someone else - a total of EIGHT people, and still didn't get my issue resolved. Enbrel Support wants to pay my $1600 co-pay, but they will only accept $150. I have to pay the rest, even though for the past six years they have accepted the $1600 per month from Enbrel Support. Crazy, and a stupid way to run a company. Wish I could give a negative five stars. They are awful.

They lie through their teeth! Decided NOT to cover GLP I was on for years. Said it would be available as Genetic January 2025, now saying April 2025. My blood sugar has been out of control since. And yes, I've tried the laundry list of meds. The one they're denying kept me stable. On average my levels are between 300-high 400's. They do not care. Ask for a Fair Hearing trial in your state. We all pay a fortune for health insurance only to be repeatedly denied from lifesaving meds!! There is also a free app to appeal through. It's ridiculous to have to fight hook, tooth & nail when you're sick!! Corporate Administrators who select this poor choice to save money also need to be held accountable! Let's try PEOPLE OVER PROFIT!!
I would give zero stars for this "business" Bet they listen when lawsuits start piling in, the only thing they understand & respond to is losing their money.😡😡😡

Horrible communication. I was given incorrect and false I formation. Customer service reps seem to have little to no knowledge of how to work their own system.

My husbands job wanted us to use mail order so I had my rxs thru express scripts and for some reason they got transferred to Maxor Plus pharmacy. I tried to transfer them to my job, as I work in a hospital and after 6, YES SIX, phone calls and 4 emails to these people, they say they don't have any active rxs on file for me, one person said my rx was expired, one said they were already transferred out, which is all lies because 1. I work in a pharmacy, I know how this works and 2. I know what I have and don't have. I wouldn't give these people a 1 but it's the lowest I can go. Absolutely the most unprofessional and inconsiderate people I have ever encountered. If you have the option, use someone else.
10 out of 10 DONT RECOMMEND. ✌️👎

If I could give a negative star I would. Wouldn't cover my asthma med, made me change and I had a negative reaction- still won't cover what works for me. Also, covered another medication for 2 months then decided they wouldn't cover it. Anything I was forced to get through mail order was more expensive than the local pharmacy. Can't ever get a prior authorization without a 2 month fight... worst EVER

Maxor Plus is the worst PBM that my employer has chosen to date. You can only access your account through an app and not on a webpage. I am unable to view how my pharmacy claims are applying towards my deductible. And they charge a lot of money for prescriptions. I have a high deductible plan so I pay out of pocket for everything at first. But they charge a higher amount than what the drug is actually worth at other pharmacies. And they do not allow you to fill 90 day scripts with another pharmacy that may have better pricing.

Prescriptions take forever to arrive and they won't let you fill for more than one month at a time which is super inconvenient. Their auto-enroll doesn't work either.

Worst drug coverages I've ever experienced. I was told that they would not cover the medication required to PREVENT my body from advancing to diabetes Type 2.... but ONCE I GET DIABETES they will gladly cover THE SAME DRUG!
So if you are looking for preventative care options.... I don't recommend Maxor. Cigna NEVER let me down.

If I could leave a review of zero stars I would. This company is horrible. My employer must have switched to them because they were cheapest and you definitely get what you pay for. After them covering a medication that I take for 6 months, they sent me a letter saying that they will not cover the medication anymore and that I have to switch to the generic form. I submitted an appeal on the decision because I cannot take the generic version due to an allergy and after myself and my doctor explaining to them that I cannot take the generic form, they still denied it. And there response was not professional…

My employer switch to this company when what we had was working for me, never had any issues, They allowed to make a decision on if you need your medication or not , mine is for diabetes and my blood pressure , my provider sent over prior authorization and the reason I am on it and I was told it takes 3 days to be reviewed, this is unacceptable , when does a company control a patients care? after while other people as well as myself will be filing Law suits , This company is Horrible , No company should be making decisions on patients care I thought that is why we have Primary care providers?
