“I ordered the upack storeage. They were delivered on time. However I needed to change the delivery, I was charged another 150 per unit for storeage for the month. I asked about a daily rate it was 100 a day. The delivery was ordered and they did not deliver on that day. They delivered the next day. When I called to confirm I was told that my units may be in transit and they had not been moved yet. I was given the number of the office that originally picked up the units, I called them and they told me to call the other office. When I called the other office they had found my unitsI was told I had to pay the storeage fee before delivery. I tried to pay over the phone, they do not have this option. I paid online while I was on the phone. They still could not setup a delivery until the payment was processed, they told me within 24-48 hours. Overall not perfect, some employees don't know what is going on, but I guess that is everywhere now, I feel very fortunate when I do get good service. My units were delivered, I got charged more than I expected because of the delay on my part. Note that any storage is not included. The locks have to be long as well.It's a decent service, they did cost more than double what I would have paid to rent the commercial truck. Something to think about.”
“I just had a phone call with SpareBox and spoke with Akein. My issue regarded monthly payments (my credit card had been cancelled due to fraud, so SpareBox was charging the old card and not getting paid). He helped me sort everything out, and things are back in good order. Thank you Akein!”
