“At first I was highly unsatisfied with my experience but the company has gone above and beyond to fix all of my issues now that I know the rules I would definitely use them again (by rules I mean rent is due on the first of the month no matter what day you order or get your storage unit) but the property manager misty is amazing she definitely goes above and beyond and after everything she has done for me I truly hope she gets a pay increase she definitely deserves it!!!!!”

“I’ve had an on going problem with my storage units payment for 4 months now. BUT Today, ANDY finally found the problem! Yea!! Andy saw that a bank card had not been removed when I changed to a bank account only for payment. My account was getting double billed- one account I no longer had and one I did have. Everyone needs to go here to rent your storage unit it is cheap and it is well worth it & family atmosphere. ??”

I always insist on speaking to only KEISHA, when I am calling in my payments for my two storage units that I have had with your company for several years, because I know at the end of every call with HER, no matter what I am going through, I will have a huge smile on my face! SHE speaks to her customers with much care and compassion and makes us well aware that our business with your company is welcomed and appreciated! You should most definitely have more employees just like her, for sure! Perhaps KEISHA could train some of your other employees on what good customer service looks like!
