“At first I was highly unsatisfied with my experience but the company has gone above and beyond to fix all of my issues now that I know the rules I would definitely use them again (by rules I mean rent is due on the first of the month no matter what day you order or get your storage unit) but the property manager misty is amazing she definitely goes above and beyond and after everything she has done for me I truly hope she gets a pay increase she definitely deserves it!!!!!”
“Sheila and Rocklyn once again save the day. I cannot stress enough a superior level of customer service given by these two ladies every single time I go in and when I call. These two ladies will fix what the call center screws up which is everything they touch. I feel so much better knowing that these two ladies are in my corner every single month. I've been at this facility for 2 years and it's always a pleasurable experience dealing with these two ladies. I wouldn't trade them for anything in the world. I hope that NSA realizes what quality people they have at this location.”
“Last week we needed to consolidate our belongings into a smaller storage unit. Dennis took care of everything quickly and made everything very easy. He is excellent to work with and went above and beyond to help us out! Thanks so much for everything Dennis!”
“My experience with this storage facility has been outstanding, thanks to the professionalism and customer service provided by Danielle . From the very beginning, Danielle made the process simple and stress-free by clearly explaining the options available and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend both the storage location and Danielle’s exceptional service.”
“Awesome customer service that Sadie Garcia was able to answer my concerns in the increased price. She’s extremely professional & pleasant in attending the customers. You have a great asset as an employee for your company. I do suggest some music in your lobby though. I hope as a long term customer you could consider Veterans family discount
Thank
Elma Dyer”
“We used this storage place when we were preparing to move to Amarillo. We’d bring a load and place in the controlled temp units. Then after moving and getting everything out we decided to keep the unit to store our extra things. We have had no problems and enjoy the controlled climate!”
“I love this place the lady roclyn is very nice and helpful and she is the one for the job. Very peaceful environment and laid back so she deserves the stars and some”

“Had to rent a small storage in Amarillo, TX. Public Storage was what I chose and am very happy. Well maintained buildings, fully functional entry pads and gates, automatic doors into the Climate Controled area. Everything was perfect. Month-to -month, low rates.”
“Other than not being able to lock my unit (I had a lock but needed a different type) everything has been great. Any problems I call and if they are not open I leave a message and they call me right back.”
“I found it so difficult to make the storage payment online and/or by phone. I spoke with Lisanie who was able to set up an account for me, and I was then able to make the payment immediately. He was very patient and calm as he helped me with the process. Excellent customer service! Thank you.”
“The crew that moved my mom was AMAZING! They were kind, careful and so fun to work with. We would recommend Jose, Junior and Fabian to anyone! Definitely would use them again!”
“Keisha is always so kind and helpful. I think she's been the one handling my account the entire time I've had a unit. Definitely deserves a raise if she hasn't gotten one already!

“I have it on my heart today to speak about an angel named KEISHA, who works for Secure Care Self Storage at 831 N. Forest St. in Amarillo Texas! She is so helpful, very kind & caring, and extremely professional! 😊 She is full of compassion for others, never rushes her customers off the phone, and always makes us feel important to her and to the company! I always insist on speaking to only KEISHA, when I am calling in my payments for my two storage units that I have had with your company for several years, because I know at the end of every call with HER, no matter what I am going through, I will have a huge smile on my face! SHE speaks to her customers with much care and compassion and makes us well aware that our business with your company is welcomed and appreciated! You should most definitely have more employees just like her, for sure! Perhaps KEISHA could train some of your other employees on what good customer service looks like! I truly hope that she gets paid very well as she deserves it! 🤗”
“I found it interesting that it's basically just a kiosk there. Seems to work. Nice facility, but it could be cooler inside. Although it was a hot day and a little muggy out.”
“Kedisha is very helpful and patient!! She found the location I wanted and the size of the unit is great for me!! She had a cheerful attitude and I will use Sparebox again! Thank you Diana Lamar”

“Professional, efficient, storage conveniently located off the loop. Security here is top notch and you can't beat the price!! The shops, RV storage, and smaller units are perfect.”
“If you are looking someone nice and honest, this is the place. He doesn't have a lot to choose from because he wants to be honest to people of what he gets. So before you go looking around, go and see what he got first because he will be very honest with you and he will tell you who will help you out and who will not.”
“I’ve had an on going problem with my storage units payment for 4 months now. BUT Today, ANDY finally found the problem! Yea!! Andy saw that a bank card had not been removed when I changed to a bank account only for payment. My account was getting double billed- one account I no longer had and one I did have. So, thank you again Andy for your help! 🤗

“As a small business owner of Mattress By Appointment Amarillo, I am incredibly grateful for Affordable Super Storage. Their affordable storefront options made it possible for me to start and grow my business, and I truly couldn’t have done it without them.
The entire team is always helpful and responsive whenever I need anything. Cory was especially informative and helpful during the leasing process, and he helped me secure a fantastic deal on my suite.
I feel truly blessed to be part of the Affordable Super Storage community. It’s filled with great people who genuinely care about their tenants’ success. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage or commercial space!”
