Saw on Amarillo Old Navy website cargo shorts for men for $19.49. Went to the store and of course they did not scan at that price. They told me I had to put them in my cart online to see if they were available for pick up in the Amarillo store. I showed them it was on the Amarillo website for in store purchase and they had them in stock. They refused to adjust price to their own website.
This store continues to to not honor their advertising. Done.

I love Old Navy, but this one has a very limited selection of merchandise. They also don’t have short of petite options for women, it’s not that Old Navy doesn’t have them at all, it’s just this specific store.

My wife had clothes that shrank that weren't supposed to. They allowed her to exchange them because they weren't supposed to shrink. Tried to exchange one flannel because it shrank (was a great fit as most flannels are too short on the sides). They wouldn't allow me to exchange it and said it wasn't even possible to exchange. I did check their policy after, which did say they do not allow returns of washed items, so I can't give 1 star, but there did outright lie to me by saying it wasn't even possible. Not sure if it's because I'm not a pretty woman or just luck but definitely won't be shopping here again as that was the only item I bought from Old Navy for myself and it shrank about 5 inches when it was dried using the method the tag recommended. I would understand slight shrinking but length is a big factor in purchasing shirts and it's too short on the sides now. The biggest problem for me was that the person lied to my face

So we saw a 5.00 special for PJs online. We called and they pretended not to be able to hear us on the phone, and asked us to come in. This happened multiple times. We got there and the PJs were 15.00 and up. Nothing at all for 5.00. It was pretty sad to bait and switch online compared to in store. Also the selection was not the same.

They had some really cute clothes decently priced. However, not one sales associate ever asked to help me in the 20 minutes I was in the store, and I was wandering around trying to find a shirt to match some pants. I even walked between 2 managers. The only pleasant person was the lady who checked me out. I haven't been to Old Navy in a long time and won't go back for a long time.
