DO NOT USE THEIR SAME DAY DELIVERY !!! The store here in Amarillo will let anyone who says they are there to pick up an order with door dash steal your order worth 70 dollars. Then you have jump through all kinds of hoops in order to prove it was stolen and then while you are doing that they just cancel your order and tell you it will take 3-5 days to refund your money. What a freaking joke

Not greeted by employees. Tried to find new coats for our chihuahuas. The coat section was terribly disorganized. Very disappointing.

Petco has done an update, to enhance customer benefits, but in doing so has eliminated the ability to use multiple coupons for multiple of the same item. Now we have to check out duplicate purchases, with separate coupons, on separate transactions. In other words, if we are purchasing three boxes of cat litter, each box of litter, with it's accompanied coupon, must be checked out in three separate transactions for each coupon to work. The manager had to come assist, but it worked. Knowing this ahead of time, wil lsave the wait time fir other Petco shoppers behind us. It's all good.

We scheduled the appointment for our dogs online and had a confirmation for today at 2:30. I drove 30 miles with the dogs only to find out that there was no appointment on the schedule for them. In doing research it looks like they canceled their appointments shortly after we booked it. They failed to let us know that the appointment was canceled and why. I'm over 60 miles round trip for no reason. I will definitely take the dogs to PetSmart in the future. We have never had issues with PetSmart in Amarillo Texas.

Brought my Husky in got some premium food for his breed. He picked out a bone treat he liked. Got home open the bag smelled fresh no problems with quality.
