Chad provided excellent customer service! Twice! So happy Petco carries my dog food brand. No one else in town does. I usually have it shipped but ran low before the shipment arrived. Thank you Chad

Well the store's reward program is a joke . You have to get 5000 points to get 5.00 off on your next visit . To get 5000 points , we would have to have 5 dogs to reach 5000 in time , because points expire very quickly . Associates are not ever familiar with the rewards program .
