“I had to mail vinyl albums and was not able to fit them in medium, or large flate rate box and was unsure of how to mail these items. One of the ladies, (I believe her name was Sarah) helped me. She figured out to put the albums in the unfolded medium box and taped it up! I appreciated her figuring this out and being very helpful!”
