The service is great, with kind, helpful, and hard-working people providing really fast service. The repair staff is very helpful, courteous, professional, patient, and knowledgeable, taking time to show customers how to operate and understand their machines. They solve every problem, fix machines quickly, and even help with brands they do not officially service, often sharing their extensive experience without charge. Excellent service! They went above and beyond to help us with our questions and made sure we were informed and equipped to preform basic maintenance on our machine! The man who does repairs was so so helpful and took his time to show me to operate a different machine I’m used to. On top of this, he found the part I needed and was so patient! He has a lot of experience in machines and will find the solution!
