“There’s an employee named Magic (Mike), who was absolutely phenomenal. He spent extra time to help teach me about an outdoor faucet I was trying to fix that wasn’t turning off. He was very much a “dad type” but absolutely patient and wonderful explaining it all to me. Never once made me feel d*** or silly for not knowing. He was helpful and kind. The kind of person who obviously wants a customer to succeed in fixing whatever they are trying to do. I wish more employees were more like him.”

“Ok, I've had a great experience here with employee customer service. My only gripe is this. Training your cashiers to lecture us about signing up for a best buy card, then when we decline, to then lecture us about the benefits of signing up for it if we change our mind is not going to make us want to sign up for a best buy card, it's annoying and is going to make us not want to sign up for a best buy card. A small sign at the cashier station would be enough.”

“After fighting with GE on a warranty issue for 14 months for my mother in law, I called and asked for the manager at the Home Depot she bought it at and literally spent 10 minutes on the phone with the manager, Amanda and automatically felt validated and heard. It’s not the biggest problem but it definitely shouldn’t turn into what it did and Amanda totally understood our frustration and was so sweet. Thank you!!!”
