“These are the most comfortable boots I’ve ever owned. They felt like old friends right out of the box. More important, they’re the best riding boots I’ve ever owned. The moment I slipped them into the stirrups, I felt planted. The shank disperses my weight fantastically. I can spend all day in the saddle without a thought given to my feet. I have no hesitation getting on a rank horse. Come what may, a Beck boot will not lose a stirrup. These boots are worth far more than they cost. “This place is great!!!!! I found a pair of my Grandfather’s boots that we’re probably 20 years old, he only wore these to church so still in really good shape. But I took them to El Oso to make them more of a fit, excepting a big price, he gave me a deal I never thought someone would ever quote me. They asked me about different styles & the type of tops I wanted & I only wanted square toe double stitch & told them could do whatever with everything else. When Picked them up I was blown away, they kept everything the same as when my “Pop Pop” wore them except the square toe & stitching. Thank you so much El Oso for doing it that way & making me feel he’s with me every time I put them on. You & your staff are great & pay attention to detail. Even with hat shaping, Im a customer forever & would recommend you to everyone that ask me about my boots & hat.”
“I was so impressed with the customer service here! Everyone from the lady who greeted me when I first walked in, to the other lady who helped me at first, to the owner were so wonderful and knowledgeable! I felt like I had just walked in to a nice suit shop and had a Rolex on!
First was just getting boots I thought, but when I tried the boots and socks with the insoles.... man I melted! I would have never tried them anywhere else but they have been rocking my world! I get home and my knees are no longer in as much pain!
I was really impressed with the styles and selection they have as well! So many to choose from!
I also noticed they have really nice work wear there! Im definitely stopping by again to come get some shirts and other items!

“Great service from sales associate, Drylan C., at Kids Footlocker in Amarillo, TX, tonight (10/8/2022). My daughters and I were promptly greeted when we walked in at approximately 7PM. Right away I showed them what shoe my oldest wanted for her new volleyball class and P.E. days at school. My 9-year-old and I giggled hard when size 3 in Puma no longer fit. Drylan quickly got her size 4 so we snagged them ($64.95). So happy they were in stock and she loves them! This store is located inside the WestGate Mall near I-40. The fastest way to get there is by parking near the mall entrance between Sears and Dillards.”

“Have only started going there recently for my 3 month old baby, sales are always happening, things are always being restocked in case they run out of items and the employees are always so nice and cheerful!!! The store is practically in perfect condition everytime I walk in, I'm greeted in and out of the store and my In store pick ups are so fast and simple and easy!!! “This was my first time in this store. I have looked at the website many times but haven't ordered anything yet. I would rather go inside and try on shoes since different styles fit differently as far as sizing goes. They have a huge selection and great prices. I ended up buying 5 pairs of shoes at about $150 total. I will definitely go back again. Thanks Shoe Carnival!!”

“My first time there was with my 5yr old and the man was fantastic. Defiantly going back for my boot purchases. He helped me find numerous pairs of work boots that were my size and they all looked fantastic for the price which ranged from $130 to $95. Which is very reasonable for ornate steel toe work boots to plain Jane work boots. If I wasn't picky about how the steel toe felt I probably would have bought 2 pairs that day. If I don't find any I like I'm going back for sure for my next pair of work boots.”

“I went into the store for my son to get him some shoes and a sale rep name Mel/Melvin who was an older gentleman was extremely helpful. I had a couple of questions and he went above and beyond to help me understand what I needed. I was truly grateful to have someone to help me and made the experience rather good ? when I got to the register I asked to talk to management about how he was very professional and made sure to give him a compliment. The management on duty was Andrea I believe, and she was very professional as well. Wouldn't mind coming back and continue doing business with the company. Overall great experience.”
