“Good people, wide selection of vehicles, been in business for many years. Great for finding parts like I was looking for, discontinued, no longer able to buy. Great for the DIY crowd and people that aren't afraid of a little hard work to save some money.”

“We had a blowout just southeast of Claude on our way home to DFW. We called this company and wound up having a great experience! William was so nice and helpful, even with the multiple questions from our four-year old. We received an update too when he was about 30 minutes away. William dropped us off at the hotel just one exit away from the Walmart where the tire is being fixed. Excellent customer service, super communicative, and William was great! This was such a smooth process even with the headache of losing a tire.”

“I woke up to a flat tire on way through Amarillo, TX. I called AAA and they dispatched Ricky's Towing. I do not understand the low reviews, but the customer service via AAA was spectacular. I did not deal with the company directly. The driver communicated by text immediately and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very nice, professional and quickly loaded my van onto the tow truck and dropped me at Discount Tire 5 miles down the road. I am sorry I did not catch his name to give him credit, but it was at 6:30am on Tuesday November 12 and he picked me up at the LQ on the far East side of town. Thank you!”

“I needed a tow today. The two outfits I called before T Miller were charging outrageous prices with ridiculous wait times and only one driver. T Miller was honest with me. They couldn't get a driver to me any time soon because they were all out cleaning up wrecks in Amarillo and Canyon for the police. I appreciated their honesty. Thank you for that! If you need to get towed quickly in this area, slow down! There's construction everywhere! Idiots around here drive like everyone has their own pit crew.”

“We needed our 2006 Ford Truck towed to a mechanic. Here's the thing, our truck wouldn't start and it was located in our garage. We contacted our insurance for roadside assistance. They set up Ricky's Towing for our claim. We received info right away from our insurance, and we received a call immediately from Ricky's Towing to let us know they will be out within 90 minutes. A couple of minutes later, my husband received a call from James Hart, and he said he was on his way, he would be there in about 9 minutes. But the time my husband got dressed and opened the garage, James was pulling up. Since the truck wouldn't move, even in neutral, James said we would need to pay a reasonable fee for getting the truck out of the garage. My husband watched and said he could not believe how close the truck came to the garage, but James did an amazing job. If you knew the close quarters we had the truck parked in the garage, you would be impressed that there was no damage!!! With the efficient call that we received from Ricky's Towing to acknowledge they were coming out, to the pleasant and great maneuvering from James, we cant help but give a shout out to you all!!! Thank you for helping our dire situation become so seamless and effortless. We appreciate you so much!!!!!!”
