“Not a good experience so far..have had my car for over 3 months now..first they said it was prob the thermostat so spent 700 dollars on that..not the problem..then they say it's the head gasket and have had my head at machine shop for a while now and get told that they have no control over when the shopis done with the head..they think cause they got me a loaner that they can just take forever.
Not ok at all..I can't go and do what I need to do with the loaner..will never use them again and also when my car is paid off I will go to another dealership that cares about people more.
Edit...thank you for your response and I appreciated you letting me know all that..I have changed it to a 5 star..just thought that your service people would have let me know about the head being unable to be fixed and you getting the new one..sincerely appreciate you the owner”

“We have used this place twice recently. Friendly and professional service. Recommended to us by a tech at the local Toyota dealership. They are not fast. They pride themselves in getting the job done right, not on speed. Prices are reasonable. They are honest about your damage and what has to be done. On my pickup there had been previous minor accident repair. There was excessive wind and road noise from that area. Braden fixed that without charge. Highly recommend.”

“I’ve been taking my car to Eddie for a while mainly for oil changes. One oil change I asked him to look at my breaks, he did a quick assessment and told me what needed to be done and did it that day.
A few days ago my AC went out. My husband took it by and Eddie and his staff were quick to diagnosis what was needed. The compressor needed to be replaced. I’ll be honest with it being so much to replace, we shopped around, other places were quoting an insane amount! We ended back with Eddie. He was reasonable, up front and had it done within 24 hours.”
