“What amazing people! My husband and I were traveling through heading back home to Illinois when we had a problem with our pick up truck. After stopping at G&M Farnsworth Transmissions to check it out they determined it was not our trans, but actually continued looking until they could at least diagnose the problem for us. They were extremely busy and had no open stalls when we pulled in. That my friends is going above and beyond!! I definitely recommend them! Very kind friendly people!”

“Short review: During my cross-country move I had a major transmission issue. Five Star was the only shop that would make the time to get my truck in and repaired as fast (and properly) as they could. They even stuck by their work with a follow-up I had to do in another state. Long review: I noticed a major leak 60 miles just outside amarillo mid day and limped it in after calling around a bunch of different shops that quoted HUGE lead times. They got right on it and worked tirelessly to inspect and rebuild the whole thing and made sure they didnt cut corners and did it all the way it should be done. a couple short days later they had us back on the road. Even when I got a flashing O/D light halfway to my destination on the west coast, they got in contact with a partner shop and had it taken care of for me. The quality of work and customer service is literally 5-stars. Thank you guys. I know how complex transmissions are so this was about as good of experience anyone could have with such a major issue! Additional note: Not only was it done MUCH faster, but It was also a more competitive rate than 2 other shops I spoke with.”
