I can never get anyone to answer the phone. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I should be able to speak to one on the same day but no one can reach out to me until next day.

I showed up at lunch to renew passport. The regular person was at lunch. Another young lady said come on - let’s get it done. Took about 20 minutes and the hardest part was having to pay. Ha. Thanks

Sent my package to Jacksonville, without any warning or tracking message. Keep in mind this is the nearest distribution facility. Very incompetent.

The lady couldn't help me and that's fine but she told me it's not her job to go look for my package and that's the part that bothers me I hate I live near this place because I never want to go in there again

Truckers! I like this facility 5* from me. I arrived 4 hours before my appointment and I’m out in 10 minutes. Either receptionist and forklift lady were so nice. Thank you!

Paid extra for expedited shipping and my package is still sitting at this facility. It should have been delivered 3 days ago! No reason why, just “delayed.” What is the point of paying extra for faster shipping when it gets stuck at this office with no explanation? Never paying for it again!

Always friendly and helpful. Most people don't understand that they are on Federal property. I try to smile and be friendly when I visit the post office. USPS is the most efficient governmental service in the U.S. and has been an integral part of the "birthday cards from grandma" process my entire life! What's better than that?

Everytime I come here there is always an issue. Go in one morning requesting stamps and the clerk responds with an attitude. Didn't go in there for that so I ignored it. Then he states I'm being to difficult to get back in line and wait for another clerk. I replied with no, I waited in line like everyone else. You will give me what I requested. Get clerks who really want to help WE THE PEOPLE!

Very very very disappointed in Usps I have been waiting for my package since Dec 21st they have no idea where it’s at nor do they ever get back to me. I have to constantly call to get an update and even at that it’s just very vague they have no idea what’s going on when it comes to lost packages or how to recover no idea where it’s going it’s super frustrating they offer insurance for only $100 the contents in the box are worth way more than that above $500 this is ridiculous and I feel like I have lost this package forger or somebody that works there stole it never again am I using usps. Worst shipping company I’ve ever had an experience with.

The worst passport service we arrived 20 mins earlyFront desk is very rudeDoesn’t not acknowledge guest as they arriveThey do not specify what documents are needed until after you’ve waited almost an hour. We could have gotten the correct paperwork before our appointment time.Just sent us home with attitude and lady had the audacity to say you didn’t knowNo that’s why we scheduled the appointment.I literally took off work and could have brought the correct documents. Now appointment available till next day.

Complete trash! Had an appointment for a passport only to be told the passport lady was off a and didn’t know when she would be back, had an appointment and all that’s your tax dollars at work y’all.

I was was waiting on two Amazon packages for over three days. I kept getting message saying I had to pick up at post office. Yet I was receiving my regular mail. I go to main office on Osage to be told they couldn't deliver because of stray dogs. Then had the audacity to say I had to sign a warning paper in regards to strays that aren't even my dogs. I'm super angry and they will be getting a visit from me and the animal control that we're trying to find the strays. Have the city sign your warning paper not the citizens that pay their taxes. This is so Amarillo
