“Omgosh! I am so glad that my brother suggested that I dismiss TMobile service due to problems with them and the phone. He stated that I switch to Cricket. I did. I am so pleased with the service of the phone and most of all the customer service at the store. So glad their is a store in town. The Sales reps are very patient with me. They explained everything I needed to know and then some. I had gotten my phone wet after having the phone for a year and I was able to upgrade. I was able to afford a water and dust resistant cell phone. I am not up with today's technology. The reps are so nice everytime I need assistance. Thank you so much. I plan to stay with Cricket”

“I have been with T-Mobile since 2015 but swapped to Mint Mobile thinking that the companies are on the same network, so it should be no bid deal. HUGE mistake! I came running back to T-Mobile 1 week later. Emily and Kodi were absolutely some of the kindest and most patient people I have come across in the service industry. They worked with me to get 4 phone lines and 2 internet services.Emily was extremely professional, even when dealing with an unwarranted angry client that was also there. She did not try to upsell me, but really helped me find plans that would work for my family that includes older parents who are not tech savvy.Kodi really listened and kindly took the time to set up my parents devices so that they would not get confused. This gesture really meant so much!Let's face it, it is not a quick or fun process. But Emily and Kodi really made me feel taken care of so that I could help take care of my parents' services. I will drive to this Angleton location over the other 2 that are closer to my home to be in their hands.”
