“Got a little text about an upgrade on my phone and went in. Got a new phone with Dez. If you don’t like to wait, I would recommend calling and setting an appointment. The wait time was within an hour(Honestly, what I would expect). When I walked in I could tell the store manager was working overtime to solve the customer’s problem. Both of the employees were incredibly respectful and professional, Beyond that they cared. You can tell they are the type of people who want to help.”

“Omgosh! I am so glad that my brother suggested that I dismiss TMobile service due to problems with them and the phone. He stated that I switch to Cricket. I did. I am so pleased with the service of the phone and most of all the customer service at the store. So glad their is a store in town. The Sales reps are very patient with me. They explained everything I needed to know and then some. I had gotten my phone wet after having the phone for a year and I was able to upgrade. I was able to afford a water and dust resistant cell phone. I am not up with today's technology. The reps are so nice everytime I need assistance. Thank you so much. I plan to stay with Cricket”
