“It seems like every Harbor Freight I have been in has good service and employees. Definitely check Harbor Freight before heading to the other big-brand hardware stores. For example, I went to a big-name hardware store the other day to buy some furniture rollers. The big brand had them for $49.99 apiece. Harbor Freight had the SAME ones for $13.99 apiece; they just were not name brand. Tools are tools, and for the average person, Harbor Freight ones are going to serve their purpose.”
“What a pleasure. Its a great hardware/lumber store. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Stock is well displayed and easy to find. Check this place out before you go to either of the big hardware stores.”
“They have way better quality treated and untreated wood for your projects than the big box stores! We are very happy with the fence and chicken pen gate we built with supplies from McCoy's!! Great customer service too!”
“I came here and purchase some items i needed. My husband and I talked to the Store Manager Ron, he helped us out with a situation at the customer service. He listen to our concerns and took care of the situation. He was very helpful, courteous, and Professional. Thank you very much Mr. Ron.”
“Yesterday I went to Home Depot with a friend. She was looking for a portable air conditioner. Right away Jose came up to us and helped us. Then he said he would get the cart to hold the unit. He walked us to the checkout, asked if we wanted help to our car . He stayed with us during the whole transaction. I wish everyone was that helpful. It was a great experience at Home Depot yesterday!”
“Shout out to Ms. Pam in lawn and garden for donating a Christmas tree to our family due to personal health struggles. She certainly made the holidays a lot brighter for our kids, grandkids, and great grands and we are very grateful for her generosity. May God Bless Ms. Pam and Lake Jackson Lowe's!”
