“I recently opened a new account with Daniel's Jewelers at Brazos Mall in Lake Jackson, Texas. I've had my eyes on a Citizen Tsuyosa automatic watch with a green dial, gold band, bezel and crown with a cutout on the back for about three years. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to get it because I don't have the greatest credit around. I learned that isn't a problem at Daniel's because everyone gets approved for financing. The customer service there is top notch. They go out of their way to assist you and help make your jewelry dream come true. Amy, the store manager, helped me get a nice Caravelle watch, designed by Bulova, with a blue dial as a present for my 22 year old son. Kristin helped me get financing approved and I was able to get that Citizen Tsuyosa watch I've been wanting so bad. I plan on trying to add more watches plus maybe a chain and bracelet. I highly recommend you visit your local Daniel's store to get things started.”

“They helped redesign my wedding ring to be sturdier as I struggled with my stone always coming loose. They created something that looked similar but is going to be a better long term piece I can wear daily with confidence I won’t lose my stone. After the work I had a few items that weren’t to my satisfaction that they immediately fixed for me and came in to meet me after hours to ensure I was happy and could get my ring as soon as possible. Friendly staff, great selection of merchandise the only issue I ever had was when I called to speak to 1 specific person because he's very familiar with us but he was speaking with someone. I said id wait but the girl kept prying and trying to find out why I was calling, & how was he to help me & what the nature of our business was. Did he make a loan for me .....It was quite unnerving and annoying. A bit TOO HELPFUL.”
