No pressure to add any extras, only what I needed. These guys really know their stuff. This store can get super swamped at times but a little patience goes a long way. “Omgosh! I am so glad that my brother suggested that I dismiss TMobile service due to problems with them and the phone. He stated that I switch to Cricket. I did. I am so pleased with the service of the phone and most of all the customer service at the store. So glad their is a store in town. The Sales reps are very patient with me. They explained everything I needed to know and then some. I had gotten my phone wet after having the phone for a year and I was able to upgrade. I was able to afford a water and dust resistant cell phone. I am not up with today's technology. The reps are so nice everytime I need assistance. Thank you so much. I plan to stay with Cricket”
