Came here for the first time to do my son’s passport. We had an appointment for 1115am, but got here almost an hour early. Because they were slow, staff member Janell was nice enough to assist us right away. The whole process took about 10-15mins. We did have a packet prepped prior to coming so I don’t know if it was on faster due to my preparation.
Janell was super nice and amazing! Lots of parking and one of the more cleaner and well-kept Post Office.

Save your time & go somewhere else… 1 lady in particular(older) was hands down the rudest person I’ve ever met.
I had an apt for my passport - she told me I had filled out the wrong form so she gave me the “correct form” I filled it out & got back in line. Stood in line for 10 minutes just for her to tell me she couldn’t not help me & I had to make an other appointment. I told her that was fine.. I was irritated but understood, I asked her if she could make sure I filled out everything correctly.. the look this lady gave me was of utter annoyance. She looked at me rolled her eyes and said “ I can’t help you, next” as I am standing in front of her.
I made an apt at the Lake Jackson office & gave the guy there the “correct form” just for him to tell me I had the correct form all along & the one she gave me was incorrect. He knew exactly who I was talking about when I told him what happened because apparently it’s a common problem! Please do not go here. Awful service, dismissing & disrespectful.

There was apparently a tea party or a family or some such nonsense taking place with the ONLY attendant. As I and FOUR others stood in line waiting, the attendant and the customer at the counter visited and caught up on neighbors, and medical conditions and various ailments, and rehab, and on and on... it was RIDICULOUS!

My husband and I are new to the area. We have informed delivery and see what is coming to our box. I have already found that there is always mail missing on the day it is to be delivered. And it always involves the cards or checks that go missing.
