“We have been with Independent Financial since 1999. This week, I went to open an IRA, and dealt with Meagan Maxcy. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She spent so much time with me, explaining my options and the interest rates offered for different accounts, and going through all of the best options for our accounts. She really went above and beyond answering all of my questions. I can't say enough about how helpful and patient she was.I have never had any problem with Independent Financial in all of the years that we've used them. It is also helpful to me that they have so many locations in different cities in the area. We will definitely be using them going forward! I would recommend them highly.”
“Needed help with the new banks online banking account. The young lady who has worked there for a while and has a daughter named Serenity Grace (can't ever remember her name). Anyway, she was awesome as always & had me set up and out the door in like 10 minutes if that long. Only reason I didn't give
