“First untied bank has been amazing! I opened my account with Denise here at this branch off redbud in mckinney. I had a very pleasant experience. I was shown the entire bank, was explained the lobby has nice features for us as customers. I was introduced to the entire staff which was nice because you never know who you’re going to get when you go to the branch. All the staff is still currently there I have currently been banking with first United Bank for two years now. I have every service you can think of with this bank. ( mortgage, line of credit, auto, equipment Loan, checking, biz accounts, credit protection, ppp loan) they have been very generous to me and my small business & my puppy. Thank you Denise and staff. “Big anything, including banks, are highly structured and not particularly people oriented and Wells Fargo is no exception to this fact. So I'd rate "Wells Fargo Bank" as 3.5. However this branch deserves a "5"!!!!. We do all our banking here and the staff is one of the best we've encountered over the years and we've used many different banks in the 4 states in which we have lived. The customer service reps behind the counter always greet you with a friendly smile and are thorough and efficient. Over time we have interfaced with all three bankers and each have been extremely helpful. Recently, Evan, helped us each secure a personal line of credit and the process was smooth and easy. We would highly recommend considering this branch as your branch of choice.”
