“I used to go to Princeton, Texas and McKinney, Texas to get service for my AT&T Apple phone. The service was always not very good. I decided to go to Anna, Texas cause it was the same distance and I got assistant manager Khaleel Dugan. I am elderly in. The modern technology is very foreign to me. But he took the time to explain to me what was going on with my phone.. I’ve never been more satisfied or happy about my customer service. I received then with dealing with Khaleel. I’m not sure what your star ratings are. I’m sure they’re five but I give him 100. You guys are very lucky to have such a dedicated and loyal employee working for you. I will never go to any other AT&T store from this point on.”
