  Its incredible the amount of ignorance and laziness going on in this place, on top of that seeing all the other bad reviews makes me wonder where is management?!..probably sleeping on the job, never setting foot in this place again.

  Waited on hold 20 minutes and they answered. Said “How may I help you” and hung up. I’m on hold again now. Switching pharmacies with my doc and hoping for better.

  Terrible!!!! Disappointed with the Walgreens Pharmacy in Anna, TX!!! Very poor planning and communication!!!! The staff quoted same-day readiness for my prescription, but it wasn’t ready even after two full days. The drive-through process also seems poorly managed—long lines and excessive wait times.
