“David M an Autozone employee that actually helps and knows what he is doing. We had bought a windshield wiper at the Canutillo Autozone about a week ago. One of the mangers help us put it on. We thought everything was good, til it started to rain today. We were driving and the wiper made a loud noise and flew right off, in the middle of a storm, in the middle of the road. We called the Canutillo store to see if they can replace it. They did, but the guy was too afraid to help us put it on, (another manger). We stayed in the parking lot to try and figure it out. No such luck. So we then called the Autozone In Anthony. David M. answer the phone and was like, “yeah bring it, we can help you.” We did, he help us and only took like a minute. Plus, he double check to make sure it wouldn’t fly off again. Thank you David for your help. We appreciate it very much.
TO ALL THE MANGERS AT AUTOZONE: hire more people like David. He help out with no problems and with a
smile.
Canutillo autozone do better. Not only did you give us the wrong wiper to begin with, but we got no help from you either to put the right one on. From now on our go to Autozone will now always be the store #3131 in Anthony, Tx.

“All is great except for customer service....I mean you walk in the door and there is only one person at the counter with a line of customers and yet there is like 5 or more staff members helping the employees that do deliveries...and or they walk by counter and don't acknowledge the next person in line and its not just one store in particular i went to 3 stores today and they all the same ..”

“Well, don't forget to bring your tools. Your shoes and you can find all kinds of car parts. They do have a vendor outside who has reasonable prices on frescas, burritos and other goodies that you could think of.”
