“I took my car here for a full paint job. Paint came out amazing. There was constant communication from Mr. John the service advisor. The car was put back the same way it was intended. But over all the job was very well done. Especially painting a difficult color such as black. I highly recommend them. Also thanks to the buffer kid with the jag! “Took my Outback in to be repaired for damages sustained during a vehicle crash (not my fault). From the moment I first contacted The Body Shop, I was treated professionally and kept informed of everything related to the repair of my vehicle. I was kept abreast of the repair process too. I was even able to get a new car door for my Outback (not a used one like Progressive had proposed in their repair estimate). When I saw my car at delivery time, I was astonished at how great it looked. It honestly looks like new and I can't tell that it was ever damaged...except for the new paint smell. “Great bussiness they help me out on installing a tow hitch. But I brought the wrong one and could not install. They even went the extra mile to verify through manufacturer. Unfortunately I did not get it installed . They did not charge m for the time I wasted. I do plan to return and look into their products such as covered and racks for my truck and some other items. “I had a couple of dings on my GMC Denali HD2500 and contacted the folks over at El Paso Dent Repair and never regretted one minute of it. The owner (Chet) and his entire staff were fantastic, professional, polite and took care of business very, very well. The work was completed on time and was beautifully done. I doubted that the dings would be removed but Chet did OUTSTANDING work. The damage disappeared!!
I highly recommended and will definitely go back if and when I need some work. Thanks for a great experience!!

“When I got to the yard it was overcast and cool. By the time I got the rim off that I wanted I was damn near heat exhausted after 2 hours in the sun. The tire shop that had put the lug nuts on previously had used an impact and the Chromecast spun instead of coming off with the lug nuts so the Chromecast had to be chiseled off the room before attempting to take the tire off. I was kind of a jerk because I was very hot to the attendant and she was still so nice after I got some water and calmed down and cool down I apologized they acted like it was no big deal I imagine that's a regular occurrence for them but their response was great. I appreciate them. And had more than enough wheel barrows. The last two times I've been to the Albuquerque branch there are never enough and you hot to carry everything.”

“I took my truck because Alex and his crew were highly recommended by some friends of mine . I had diagnosed the problem before hand I thought I was going to have to pay a good amount of money to repair it. Turns out, I was only half right on what the problem was. This place was honest about the problem and did not overcharge me or try to make me pay for a repair I didn’t need. Alex is courteous and goes into detail of the work that was completed. Fast and friendly service with reasonable prices. Hard to find mechanic shops like this nowadays . Great place . Thank you AV automotive !”

The young man that helped me locate the correct blades was very friendly and helpful. The young man, Traquavis Willis, even helped me more by removing the old wiper blades and installing the new ones. Great customer service! Thank you for not making me feel totally incompetent!”

I am SO HAPPY to have finally found an honest, fast, fairly priced VW mechanic. Took me YEARS. They switched my clutch in a day when others told me it would take a week. They also charged me honestly, my parts were cheaper than they had quoted me because I needed an older model, so they charged me cheaper. I NEVER would have known they used a different part. If they keep this up in never leaving them. ?
I basically never do reviews, but good mechanics are so hard to come by.”
