“I had the most stellar experience at our local Walgreen’s store, just now. The employees were very helpful, especially “Anthony” who went above and beyond, in assisting me with managing and completing my photo job at the kiosk. He was very attentive to other customers, whilst returning to check to see how I was doing. He was very professional and can tell he was treating this important photo like it was his own family. WOW!!! This enlarged photo is for my elderly parents, so needed to get it enlarged from a file on my iPhone,to an 8x10. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and editing skills. An experience worthy of a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review!”

Instead of stressing about dragging my kid out of bed again and having to wait at the pharmacy, they delivered the prescription right to my doorstep within an hour of receiving it from the doctor. And guess what? It was absolutely FREE! Can you believe it? If you live on the Westside, you're in luck! Rio Grande Pharmacy delivers all the way to UTEP, and let me tell you, they're the sweetest! Your prescription does need to be received by a certain time to be delivered same day if they have it in stock, and they usually leave around 1:30 PM and make a loop around the Westside. If they receive your prescription later in the day, they'll deliver it the next day. But if you prefer, you can also swing by and pick it up. Personally, I've always had amazing results with them. Daniel, the head pharmacist and owner, truly cares about safety and making sure customers are happy. “This Wal Mart is okay. I just feel like there's a turnover of employees since they only put two of them at the register. Everything else is for our doing. We gotta scan our own items as if we work there. Also, I am not submissive of the fact that their beauty aisle has products that are locked and there is not one employee nearby whenever I want to request an item from the locked section. Please improvise and do better. I understand that this market is next to a high school and rotten people are bound to steal, but at least be available. Also, I've been searching for melatonin like crazy down every aisle and they only had an infant version of the product. Maybe a market for buying certain items, but I don't really depend on it as my main grocery errand.”

“Very organized. They will guide you to the right office. But doesn't mean they're going to help you. You have to have insurance. And if you don't, you are going to wait 2 to 3 months to see a doctor. All the nice people are outside guiding everyone. All the hard nosed mean people that turn you away are inside. Reminding you this is not a free facility. I said I was willing to pay out of pocket. But no! You're treated like a third class citizen. And my appointment is still set for June. Even tho I went in march.”

He will take the time to talk to you without making you feel rushed even though im sure he is busy. He has helped me out on numerous occasions. Beyond all that I can tell he really cares for his patients / customers.
2. Benjamin, the Pharmacy Technician is so helpful every time I call. He is also very personable and knowledgeable. He remembers our prior conversation and follows up and follow thru with helping to fulfill the order / prescription. I can tell he is smiling over the phone just by the tone of his voice and that he enjoys his job.
3. Zaida, a Pharmacy Technician that helped me check out was very pleasant, kind, and had wonderful smile. She also appeared to enjoy her job.
