“I went in with a script from my provider at WBAMC. Siamak was extremely helpful and professional. They were unable to fill my prescription in house, but he contacted a compounding pharmacy, inquired and confirmed the other pharmacy can fill it, and faxed it over for me. He could have easily told me he doesn’t fill it and sent me on my way. I will definitely be coming back if I need any other medications filled. His customer service is exceptional.”

“This is the best pharmacy in the entire city. Even without insurance, they always make sure to give the best and affordable prices. They are very fast in ordering medication and I cannot recommend them enough. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I live in the Northeast, but the drive is worth it. They will have my business as long as I live in this city.”

“This isn't really a review about the gas station itself but the attendant there and I wish I would have gotten his name but he worked today between 12 and maybe 1:30. My car stalled in one of the lanes and he helped me so much. I was having a lot of anxiety about the situation but he was very helpful and reassuring. I was able to get the situation handled enough and he even brought my brother and I water bottles since it was so hot so I wanted to write this to thank him for the kind gestures and great customer service!”

“Vip has been providing services to my parents for years. For those of us who have elderly parents to take care it’s nice to know that a caring and knowledgeable staff is helping us meet their needs. The help with delivery to their home means one less trip for me to make. Vip staff makes sure they are well taken care of.”

“Ready with everything we may ever need. Clean the people are friendly. But this review is going to concentrate on their sushi. Since im a tad allergic to avocado i tend to avoid it in almost everything i consume, sadly most americanized sushi from a store come with it. As i was telling my girl this the lady at the sushi counter overheard and asked if we wanted a special request. We knew u could order party plates but she insisted she make me one just with a few roles, she asked if i was a dad and i said yes she then wished me a great fathers day. We continued our interaction and i was above myself with gratitude at this. My morning had been kinda shitty and i juat wanted a nice pick me up and boy did she ever give it.”

“Organized! This Sam's fuel center is so much more efficient than the Pellicano Sam's. A single file system is in place , and although there were over 50 cars in line, I was able to get through to the pumps and fuel up rather easily and quickly! Nice! It's very close to my house now, so this is a good place to fuel up for me. Recommended! 5/5”

“store is set up in a way that you can find all the things you are needed, quickly and without the hassle of going to a larger wal mart supercenter. or makeing multiple stops like with other grocery store around. store is very clean and very rearly are the shelves not neat and fully stocked, the staff has always been super friendly and eager to assist in any way they can. from actually showing you where a item is as opposed to just stating an isle number, and also if item is missing are willing to go into the back storage to ensure they are out of stock of missing item you are resquesting help with. if possible will be doing most shopping here or walmart supercent not far from this location Update oct. 2024.... they recently remodeled a few isles and it seems there is more inventory available of different things not before offered in this store which makes things more convenient then having to go to the super center. And the staff are very friendly and accomidateing, maybe more so now then before.”

“It's convenient, close to my house and I'm in and out with no wait time. The only negative thing is , pack a lunch if you're in the customer service line because you're going to be standing in line for a while ?They're slow and then the associates laugh and talk amongst themselves instead of concentrating on the customers.”

“Best pharmacy, they have great staff and the pharmacist's they are very friendly and answer all your questions, the only pharmacy we go to me and the family have our prescriptions filled at SureCare. All the other pharmacies I was with, the staff was always rude, and the pharmacist wouldn't tell you when your next fill was going to be available, because I usually put all my meds in those containers that have the days on them, some of the pharmacist's wouldn't tell me, they would tell me to count my pills and that's when I would get the next fill, but Lexi and Pedro are really helpful and they deliver all your medications, also try to be courteous and tip the drivers if y'all can, but again even the staff are very friendly as well, this is the best pharmacy in El Paso TX, and I'm glad I found them and send all of the families prescriptions to SureCare, and thank you all there at SureCare.”

She went above & beyond to help me! As well as her receptionist. Never got her name, but she was amazing as well! This place may not accept my insurance, but I’ll never hesitate to come to them for help whenever I need it! I’m just… beyond words. Thank you. You really helped me with getting the help I need.”

“I came Christmas shopping with a vengeance! and left with a gift for just about everyone on my list! I appreciate the layout of this location. I was able to find everything that I was looking for! The only annoyance is that one must load their own items onto the conveyor belt, AND also load up the cart. I'm happy to say that at Costco, there are always two people minimum leading and packing them. Oh, well. Still Recommended! 4/5”
