“This is a great Pharmacy. I've been going there for years at this point. Because it is an independently owned pharmacy, you are treated as a person and not as a number like with the big chains. Whenever there's been issues with my insurance, they've always been worked out quickly by Northgate. I'm on a ton of medications and Northgate does a great job helping me manage all of them!”

“I meant to leave this review a couple of weeks ago however was unable to. I came in for some cut mango for my elderly mother who has cancer and had just taken a terrible fall and broken her arm. She can only eat a few things and that is what she wanted there was not any cut fruit. I asked a young lady named Johanna, if there was any fruit and explained my situation. She asked "will you be shopping for a little bit"? I said I can wait. She stopped what she was doing and immediately went back and cut up some fresh mango for my mother. It honestly made me cry. Her kindness and care for my situation was evident in her demeanor, in her actions and was quite touching. I will never ever forget her kindness and her hug as she sent me away with my 3 containers of cut mango. Customer service like this from a perfect stranger is something that needs to be shared and told about. I have feeling Johanna is just that kind of person with a beautiful heart, but I have also had great experiences with most of the staff at that Albertsons. Kudos to management for their fostering of such an obvious customer care driven environment. Thank you again Johanna, my momma loved the mango and was blessed by you when I told her about how you went above beyond ?”

“Ready with everything we may ever need. Clean the people are friendly. But this review is going to concentrate on their sushi. Since im a tad allergic to avocado i tend to avoid it in almost everything i consume, sadly most americanized sushi from a store come with it. As i was telling my girl this the lady at the sushi counter overheard and asked if we wanted a special request. We knew u could order party plates but she insisted she make me one just with a few roles, she asked if i was a dad and i said yes she then wished me a great fathers day. We continued our interaction and i was above myself with gratitude at this. My morning had been kinda shitty and i juat wanted a nice pick me up and boy did she ever give it.”

“My kids and I went to the Sunland Park CVS in Target to get our Flu shots. The lady administered our shots did an awesome excellent job. I never felt the needle go in nor the medicine being administered. My children were just as impressed as I was. Thank CVS for making the experience a pleasant one.”

“Organized! This Sam's fuel center is so much more efficient than the Pellicano Sam's. A single file system is in place , and although there were over 50 cars in line, I was able to get through to the pumps and fuel up rather easily and quickly! Nice! It's very close to my house now, so this is a good place to fuel up for me. Recommended! 5/5”

“I had a hard time looks for some baking soda. I was literally loosing my mind looking for it and there seemed to be no associate in sight. Just when I was ready to give up, it’s as if an angel appeared themselves before me and offered me assistance. Her name was Rosie. She almost held my hand and walked me to the aisle where the baking soda was. I have never experienced customer service like that in any Walmart that I have been too! Rosie TL, if you’re reading this, you deserve a raise and much more!”
“Genoa is by far the Best pharmacy in Elpaso. Michael and Brianna are so helpful and they call me when my prescriptions are ready for pick up. I use Genoa pharmacy for all my prescription needs. “Was at the self checkout area today 11/7/25. A young man working there was with a broom and dust bin. I didn't catch the names of those involved. A gray haired gentleman, obviously a manager walked up to him and said “you really turned this baby around. Good job!”
I could tell by the young man’s reaction, he really likes working there and specifically for this manager. THAT is leadership! Seeing moments like this is why we shop here. Everyone working there is in a good mood and helpful and friendly. I had a student of mine working in the Deli at one point. He liked working there and spoke highly of everyone as well.”

“Super conveniently located this community Walgreens pharmacy is a gift to the community. They specialize in drugs that are difficult to find, such as drugs for oncology transplant patients, HIV patients, Type 1 diabetes and diabetic patients. They carry medications that other pharmacy don't have. For example, they provide access to PROLIA a speciality drug for osteoporosis; they also work more directly with doctor' offices to make sure patient receive their medications and follow their treatment! Incredible dedicated services!!”
“Decided to frequent a local pharmacy, but they didn't have my medication ready when they said they would. I returned several times, but they still didn't have it ready. Initially I was a little upset & determined not to ever return. If it weren't for Joe the pharmacist, I probably wouldn't. He owned up to their mistake & made it right. “Every Pharmacy Tech is friendly, polite and accommodating. Very customer satisfaction oriented but totally natural. BELINDA is one I know by name and over the years a joy to have her help me. I have had little interaction with the Pharmacists with the notable exception of CRYSTAL who is super professional and equally as all others … warm and nice and tiny but so is nitroglycerin. Service is careful but fast in my experience and I recommend this location and the entire staff with no hesitation.”

“I came Christmas shopping with a vengeance! and left with a gift for just about everyone on my list! I appreciate the layout of this location. I was able to find everything that I was looking for! The only annoyance is that one must load their own items onto the conveyor belt, AND also load up the cart. I'm happy to say that at Costco, there are always two people minimum leading and packing them. Oh, well. Still Recommended! 4/5”

“store is set up in a way that you can find all the things you are needed, quickly and without the hassle of going to a larger wal mart supercenter. or makeing multiple stops like with other grocery store around. store is very clean and very rearly are the shelves not neat and fully stocked, the staff has always been super friendly and eager to assist in any way they can. from actually showing you where a item is as opposed to just stating an isle number, and also if item is missing are willing to go into the back storage to ensure they are out of stock of missing item you are resquesting help with. if possible will be doing most shopping here or walmart supercent not far from this location
Update oct. 2024.... they recently remodeled a few isles and it seems there is more inventory available of different things not before offered in this store which makes things more convenient then having to go to the super center. And the staff are very friendly and accomidateing, maybe more so now then before.”

“Fantastic service, friendly people. When CVS let me down (and don't even talk to me about Walgreens), Alameda Thrifty Pharmacy stepped up & saved the day. Always helpful folks (Cesar & Dr. Laura, if I've got the names right: thank you!), quick & personalized service, none of the hassle & delays you get with big chain pharmacies—and they even helped me find some discounts on my meds so the price is just as good, if not better.
