“Customer service was excellent, but felt I was overcharged for a 6 ft iPhone charger that wasn’t even Apple brand. Cord lasted a week before it didn’t charge anymore and we tried it out on several different phones. Paid $24.00. Could have purchased one from Five Below. IMO cell phone stores are overpriced when there are other options around.”
