“Steve was the AT&T representative who helped me and he provided excellent customer service. He was knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and worked diligently to resolve my issue to the best of his ability. Although it took some time to work through everything, Steve made the wait enjoyable by striking up a conversation about life, sharing the latest AT&T promotions, and keeping the interaction engaging. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. My daughter wants the iPhone 18 when it’s released in September, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see Steve for the upgrade. Thank you Steve for making what could have been a frustrating experience a positive one!”
