Although it took some time to work through everything, Steve made the wait enjoyable by striking up a conversation about life, sharing the latest AT&T promotions, and keeping the interaction engaging. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
My daughter wants the iPhone 18 when it’s released in September, and I’ll definitely be coming back to see Steve for the upgrade.
