“I do not recommend this place. Two months ago I left a generator to be fixed and when I picked it up it was missing a piece. They did not take responsibility for the loss. What I can advise you is that when you leave something to get fixed,take photos so that you have proof of your things and the same thing that happened to me does not happen to you.”
“They have lots of citrus trees, flowers, some hard to find plants such as jasmine, black cactus etc. they have lots of trees for sale from 15 gal to 30 gallon sizes. The prices are reasonable as well”

“I bought a nice self propelling battery mower at a different location of Home Depot. Took it out of the box, read the instructions, charged and installed two batteries, started it to hear an immediate tukking noise, shut it off, turned it on it's side and saw where the blade was impacting the deck sidewall. Boxed it back up and took it back to the store i bought it at. They told me their computer system was down nationwide and they couldn't do any returns or exchanges. Waited more than a few hours and tried to call both of the closest stores to me to see if their network was back up. No luck. Went to the Hillcroft store, which is a little further away, because my computer showed they had more of this model in stock. The assistant manager whose name was Vini was a great help, the network was still down but since the product i wanted to exchange was a store brand, he could exchange it, he even helped me look at the new one to make sure the mower blade spun freely. We will be back to this location.”

“Terry's products is top quality. We have been using them for our seasonal color installations for years and they never disappoint. If you give them some notice they can even grow specialty product for you and carry more items than just color flats. 100% recommend. Attached is a photo of an installation we did using Texas Color's product: great color and texture in a partially shaded area and it held up all season.”
“Pretty decent plant materials and generally good selections. Pricing is about average. Problems: 1) don't go there expecting knowledgeable sales people, or for that matter, English as a primary channel of communication, 2) their plant inventory is really limited in favor of Christmas trees, et al. during Nov-Dec, and 3) their point of sale (POS) system is just that... a POS. The 80s called and want their cash registers back!”
“I had a great experience at Home Depot this morning thanks to Mathis and Celin. I came in with a special request for pallets and both stepped in right away. Mathis went above and beyond. He didn’t just show me where to go - he helped load the items into my car without me even asking. When I said I needed to grab a few more things, he told me the exact aisle number so I didn’t waste any time.
Celin was just as helpful responding and giving the go for my request. It’s rare to come across that kind of teamwork and customer care. They made what could’ve been a stressful morning quick and easy. I was very glad the store had everything I needed in the moment, and I did not have to make a trip to another store (which I was expecting).
This was one of the best Home Depot visits I’ve ever had. Mathis and Celin deserve to be recognized for how well they represent the store! Thank you again!”
