“Some local stuff and some not so local but definitely small batch/homemade. Reading some of these reviews is a bit surprising, the watermelon tasted great. Not only was the melon great and fresh but I had just walked in and they handed me a slice to try for free. Melons were locally grown, tomatoes were nice and fresh, honey was nice and sweet. Next time I'll have to look for the grump old man, he seems like a hoot lol”

“I bought a nice self propelling battery mower at a different location of Home Depot. Took it out of the box, read the instructions, charged and installed two batteries, started it to hear an immediate tukking noise, shut it off, turned it on it's side and saw where the blade was impacting the deck sidewall. Boxed it back up and took it back to the store i bought it at. They told me their computer system was down nationwide and they couldn't do any returns or exchanges. Waited more than a few hours and tried to call both of the closest stores to me to see if their network was back up. No luck. Went to the Hillcroft store, which is a little further away, because my computer showed they had more of this model in stock. The assistant manager whose name was Vini was a great help, the network was still down but since the product i wanted to exchange was a store brand, he could exchange it, he even helped me look at the new one to make sure the mower blade spun freely. We will be back to this location.”

“Terry's products is top quality. We have been using them for our seasonal color installations for years and they never disappoint. If you give them some notice they can even grow specialty product for you and carry more items than just color flats. 100% recommend. Attached is a photo of an installation we did using Texas Color's product: great color and texture in a partially shaded area and it held up all season.”

“Went to buy a peace lily. Had shopped around & was unable to find a reasonably priced, sizeable one. Found them easily; they were larger & $5 less than a prettier but smaller potted one elsewhere. Got it on the way to work in about 10 min or so, wiped the dust & water-spots off & it was larger & ready to go.”
“I want to give 5 stars to Mr. Syed, who works in the bulb aisle. I came here last year to buy some bulbs. As I stood staring at the shelf, completely confused, he came over and offered to help. He explained everything and answered all my questions. I got exactly what I needed, and it wouldn’t have been that easy without him.
Today I came back to buy several different bulbs, just like last time. Again, they all looked the same, with so many kinds and choices. Luckily, I saw Mr. Syed helping another customer. I went straight to him, and he politely and kindly helped me until I found everything I needed.
I also forgot to bring a cart. He told me to wait and brought one over to me. My experience at Home Depot has been so pleasant and convenient because of his excellent customer service.

“This is a followup to my review last year. The Cobalt St. Augustine grass from Houston Grass that I purchase last year is simply stunning this year..absolutely gorgeous. The purchase process, the install process and the resulting lawn product were/are outstanding! I highly recommend Houston Grass for your sod needs.
I purchased and had installed 13 pallets of Cobalt Saint Augustine sod a few months ago from Houston Grass. While other yards in our neighborhood are starting to go dormant, our grass is beautifully green as if in the spring time. I highly recommend Houston Grass for your sod needs. Reasonable prices and excellent product. And their customer service is excellent and well informed. My wife and I are very pleased.”
