I was referred to them and they were amazing. They were very quick to respond and helpful from the very beginning. “I was in a wreck in my 1995 Mazda Miata, and I didn’t think it was fixable. At other corporate body shops, I was quoted nearly $10,000 and told it would take 4 months minimum. When I came to Franco’s, they quoted me less than half of that, and I was back in my car the same month. They did an incredible job, and were responsive with updates and communication the whole way through. My 30 year old car looks completely brand new, and it’s all thanks to Franco’s. “My tire popped when I was conveniently around the corner from the shop. I went in, hoping they’d offer for a service to be able to change my tire. The lady at the front desk was very kind. She went and talked to somebody and they had me pull my car into one of the bases. They literally changed my tire in like two minutes. I asked the man who changed it and the woman at the front desk how much I owed and they insisted to not worry about it. They turned what should’ve been a very stressful experience into a positive one. I can’t think them enough for their kindness and hospitality. I will definitely be using their services In the future. They took great care of my coach, as they accomplished each task, if they noticed anything that needed attention they'd let me know and we would discussed additional cost.

“They could do better
They did quick work and worked with us
But the car still has damage and the paint work is terrible and the car smelled so bad when we got the car back had to drive with the windows open for months still trying to find the time to make it back to have them correct all the issues and all the parts and labor I was charged for work that wasn’t performed I mean really!
Is this place scamming people out of there money?
And I thought caliber collision was bad because there was a smudge in my paint this place goes far beyond the worst shop I have been to in years! And I would be as mad if it my daily driver not my wife’s nice expensive SUV that gets detailed every month!
I’m not going to bother with all the photos they don’t do the work any justice it’s too hard to see the imperfections just the brand new hood they said the replaced!
