Took the car in for an estimate and we were very pleasantly surprised when we were told that the door could be fixed and the paint job on that front panel cleaned up while we waited for 15 minutes. “Had the misfortune of a minor side swipe and other driver's insurance sent me to Caliber Collision in Keller, Tx. Was not really sure there was enough damage to warrant pulling the side panel off for a deeper inspection so I brought it by for a visual before scheduling a formal appointment. That's when Alex stepped in. Without hesitation, he took the car around back and buffed out the transfer paint from other car and then returned to show me the extent of the damage - just surface level - a bit of a deep scratch. Was super thankful for Alex taking the time to clean the transfer and help me understand what damage I had. Tried to thank him with a tip but he preferred me putting a good word in here. Will definitely go back to Caliber if we choose to do a repair. Thanks again Alex!!! Great Customer Service!!!”
