Daniel (Sales) was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the process and eased my mind a few times. The price was almost half what I was quoted from other companies so I was skeptical, however Puma came through with a great crew. They were fast, efficient and very pleasant to work with. When we moved down from Colorado back home we searched and searched for a storage unit that we could afford at the time. Funds were tight from the move and both of us being in between jobs. We had our whole home in our cars and it was all about to be lost.
Thankfully we came across Bell Avenue Self Storage and they saved it all. They gave us the perfect size storage unit, the perfect payment plan, and guided us every step of the way. If we were ever late on a payment they never made us feel bad or scared us into thinking we would lose our things. They were always understanding and so helpful.
Two days ago, after what felt like a lifetime, we were finally able to move our home into our new apartment. And thanks to Bell Avenue Self Storage, that’s exactly what it feels like… Our home <3”
“I've been renting a unit here for a little while (signed up under the previous manager) and got hit with a rent increase this month that I wasn't prepared for. Kaylee, the new manager, got back to me immediately, and she helped me navigate my lease agreement on the spot. I'm very grateful to her. I was prepared to switch locations, but Kaylee handled my concerns professionally and with care.
For anyone worried (as I was), parking is always accessible, even with downtown Denton's seasonal foot traffic. The facility is also pleasantly clean and well-kept.”

“We went to pick up the truck rental but could not find key, Keenan (employee) who was on his way out stopped and asked us if we needed help. We explained our situation and he went above and beyond to help us! He did not leave until we were situated. He called the GM Treven who also went above and beyond and had a truck for us ready at another location as well as gave us a credit for the inconvenience! If it wasn’t for these two employees I would be leaving a one star review. Thank you Keenan and Treven for going above and beyond for us and correcting the situation immediately!! Thank you !!!”

“I never leave reviews, but see how little they have and how much I enjoyed the experience, I felt the conviction to leave one.
I absolutely loved having the ability to make a reservation online, then being assigned a gate code, and a unit location without any human intervention. Did I mention how affordable the unit is?
The facility has very wide aisles, and gave plenty of room to back the trailer into our unit. We also loved how well lit, and secure the location felt, plus we noticed security cameras which made us feel even better about our choice.
The only down side, is there is no markers that I could find to identify section or unit numbers, but there is a map online that helps a lot. Realistically this down side is only for the first time you are locating your unit, after that it should be pretty easy to find.”

Even when there were other stores much closer than her store we chose to go the extra miles to get to her because of her excellent service.
