“Drop orders off from my small business here all the time. Always have pre-paid USPS labels so they make it very smooth also with the new Click-N-Ship service. I always simply walk in, skip the line, drop off my packaged, and boom they mark them as shipped and handle them from there. They're always very friendly and my orders get shipped out quickly!! “I will only speak from my personal experience. USPS Flower Mound has been very helpful with my packages being lost or delivered to another residence. They follow up promptly and I appreciate our delivery person. Our packages are delivered to our doorstep with proper care when the weather is horrible. When I visit the post office, lines can be long but the employees are pleasantly nice. I haven't had anyone rude to me or I haven't experienced it. (and I would send out a lot of packages). They work very hard with insufficient staff and just wanted to say we appreciate you.”
