“Thank you to Frank the post master for tracking and problem solving on finding my Macy’s package! I called to describe my situation and he called me back with a solution!”

201 W Bailey St, Ponder TX 76259
“I trust the USPS to deliver my mail on time about as much as I trust a rest stop bathroom. With that being said, I drive 15 minutes from Northlake to use this post office. This Post Office is much easier to access than Argyle, and the staff is kind and helpful.”

“I love my local office on McKinney St. they're fast and kind, one woman took a little getting used to. I was determined. to make her smile. They've always been amazing shout out to Kenneth for always taking care of my property!!!”

121 N 2nd St, Krum TX 76249
“I process EDDM orders as part of my job and Krum is always my favorite Post Office to work with! Every visit is friendly, I’m quickly helped, and the folks here go above and beyond. I’ve processed I think 6 orders over the last 2 years here (or somewhere in that ballpark) and I’ve never had even a slight issue here. I’ll look forward to my next visit, thanks for helping me out!”

2101 Colorado Boulevard, Denton TX 76205
“All 3 employees at this location are 5 star, top notch. It's not the best locationwise, so the people that come through are often rude, combative Karens. I ship packages frequently and see them have to deal with this behavior every time. Long lines, impatient and entitled people trying to cut for Ike reason, or another, then getting mad when they don't get their way and these employees handle it with extreme grace every time. They shouldn't be subjected to the behavior I've seen, nor are they obligated to. Kudos to them and their team!”

516 Byron Nelson Boulevard, Roanoke TX 76262
“Everyone is very kind and helpful! Carolyn and Cindy are both so sweet I dont understand how they have bad reviews! Give kindness and you will receive kindness… I often come in on Monday’s when they are pretty busy and those two women and the man that works (I can’t remember his name) they get through the line pretty quickly and they always remember my sons name and say hello to him. He gets excited to go to the post office. I’ve always had a great experience with the staff!!”

“Brian is a breath of fresh air to the Justin Post Office. He was happy and helpful and you could tell that he enjoyed his job (if he doesn't he does a great job faking it). I normally dread going to the post office, but with Brian there I'll happily run this errand.”

“Don’t listen to people like JK who call everything discrimination. It’s a good post office, and people are probably rude to you because you’re rude to them. Your 1 star review is totally going to stop people from using the post office because you call it racist lol”
