“My baby, Moxie, had bladder stones, and one of them was blocking the void of urine. She was hurting really bad. Dr Cody kept her and preformed surgery to remove the stones. He called me just before starting her surgery, and again after he was done. This is the second time that Moxie has had stones removed. Dr Cody was hands down the best experience. Caring and compassionate. The Vet that she went to for her first surgery was not as caring or compassionate, I got no phone calls. I will tell everyone I know, that South Denton Animal Hospital with Dr Cody Bullock is the only place to go!!!!Thank you so much Dr Cody, for taking such good care of my baby.”

“Took my cat (who hadn’t gotten her shots in a while) to see Dr. Galat today, he and the technician Mandy were amazing with my fur baby. Giving her treats and letting her hide under a towel while she got her vaccines as she is a very nervous cat around new environments. Some vets usually use the same vaccines for cats as they use for dogs but they let me know they use vaccines specifically for cats which was a big relief for me! I was nervous to go as I’ve never been here before but as soon as I met the doctor and technician I was instantly comfortable with them taking care of my cat. They as well gave me recommendations for any concerns I had! 10/10 would recommend!!”

We had to put our 4 year old cat down and they were very understanding and made sure that all of our questions were answered before we moved forward with the process. 2 weeks later, we checked the mail and we were blessed to open the sweetest card signed from all of the staff telling us how sweet our girl was and some very sentimental ink paw prints and nose prints. They did an incredible job caring for our animals and US when we were going through a very difficult time. I highly recommend for all vet needs. Cannot thank them enough for all that they have done for us and the compassion they showed us.”

“After trying to get our dog seen at 2 different ER vets on Sunday without success, we were at Companion Animal Hospital’s doorstep when they opened Monday morning.Dr. Valenciano diagnosed Gracie with pancreatitis. “I would 10000/10 recommend this vet. 2 years ago my cat got diagnosed with stomatitis (gum disease) and since then we’ve seen 3 vets before finding this place. Not once was stomatitis explained to me or the options to treat it. Every vet at precious locations came in trusted the diagnosis gave my cat steroids and antibiotics then sent me to the front to pay.I wanted to get another opinion and by “chance” the new vet I called was booked and recommended Krum veterinary hospital and they got me in the next day. It was absolutely a blessing. When I came in with my cat they actually asked questions and took notes as I explained his history and what was happening. They weren’t rushing to push us out. They heard me out, fully looked at my cat, checked his weight, his heart, his lungs and records which none of the other vets did. They told me all of their concerns and asked my opinion. They stayed in the room with me and heard me out while also telling me all of the options. They gave me break downs of the price for the blood work and procedures my cat needed. They gave me resources and wanted to genuinely help my cat. I came back for my cat to get blood work to rule out leukemia and other blood born pathogens and it was going to be expensive so they helped me rule out what we could get away with not testing at the beginning while focusing on the test that really mattered. The blood work took longer than I expected but the tech came in and gave me updates throughout the process so I wouldn’t stress. In just the two visits I’ve been there I can tell they genuinely care and will do everything they can to help. They genuinely care about the pets and families that come through their front doors and take time to hear you and aren’t just trying to get you in and out to get paid. If you’re looking for a new vet go see them. You won’t regret it.”

“Thoroughness and competency. My local vet experienced a heart block with our Westie during her teeth cleaning. I wanted to understand the impact on her health in the future and requested a referral to the cardiology department of FMVESC. My experience with cardiology did not disappoint. I later decided that having the FMVESC dental practice handle the extractions would be wise. The consult appointment with Dr. Johnson, Tech Kaitlin Lilie, and other staff was informative and thorough. I was certain the staff would be the best option. I was right. Our Westie went through seven extractions with flying colors. She recovered quickly and did not suffer the side effects we experienced through her teeth cleanings at another Vet. I want to commend Dr. Johnson and all of the others I met during our visits, but unfortunately, did not think to make note of the names.”
