The initial customer service was good until our family was misinformed and scammed.
The employee informed us of a promotion of us trading in our phone and receiving a credit. Our family thought it was a good deal. We traded in our phones and thought everything was fine. Come to find out our bill increased dramatically and the promotion did not exist. I was told by management this situation would addressed now no one will answer the phone at the store and my issue is unresolved. Since I've joined AT&T they have been untruthful and are just trying to make a sale.

I had went into the store to get the new samsung watch ultra the employee said he out down my apt number and everything but when ordered saying it was gonna arrive tmmrow or today I found it was not going to. So I tried to get the order fixed but changing where to go but after the whole day spent being on the phone getting transferred more the 5 times to different people and departments and a person had told me that it would arrive today and it was fixed! But when checking the order again saw it wasn't fixed so I called again being on the phone for another 2 to 3 hrs waiting and talking to people I was told it was gonna be sent back and I would get my money back, this whole thing has been a pain thing is to im going to be leaving and so I won't be able to get the watch I'm just beyond mad.

They are already acting like Spectrum, they take 3 hours to attend to people who are waiting to pay. They should put more staff and leave one person to attend to people who are making their payment.

I made the purchase of 2 Apple Watches, they did not have it in stock in the store, they offered to send it to my house, I accepted as they arrived in 3 days, they were for a gift. After a week the first one arrives. I have been waiting for the second one for more than a month and it still doesn't give me a solution, what should I do to have my watch since I already made the purchase, I don't see it right

If I could give less than one star I would!! I’m extremely disappointed with AT&T. They made a mistake on my account, and despite multiple calls and hours spent on the phone, they still haven’t fixed it. Each representative gave me a different story, and no one seemed to know how to resolve the issue. Their lack of accountability and inability to correct their own mistake is unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. I will definitely be looking for another provider. Avoid AT&T at all costs!

Very untrust worthy people. Gave me a written quote for $198.00 and when I received my bill it was $437.00. I spoke to the manager “Alicia” and she said she couldn’t help since the employee lied to get commission. I have posted the full conversation and recording on YouTube. Just look up the store (AT&T on copper, Arlington). Do not trust these people.

So, my wife was in this store today. What a waist. Sent her there to pay our business bill (since ATT) refuses to stop electronic billing us. Guy couldn’t find account and didn’t read the check. Not, until I’m on speaker telling him the account number is on the check, does he comprehend it’s a business account. She is now sitting at another store waiting for them to open.

DO NOT GET THEIR INTERNET!!!
We’ve had 5 outages in 3 weeks. 24 hr long outages. Trying to get a representative is impossible and they don’t give you any information or discount.

Alysia Rasco at AT&T was FABULOUS!!! It was a very difficult situation when our phones were lost in transit from UPS. She was professional, reassuring and got the job done!!! She needs a big fat raise! You have a keeper AT&T. We will be back because of her.

Well I came in for AirPods. Noted that AirPods 2nd generation that I regretfully purchased were on sale at a retailer for$179 (target), where as I paid $249 at this store and 3rd generation AirPods are priced at local retailer (target) for $250. If I'm going to pay $250, I want the current model... if I'm having to pay more for something less when I see it on sale elsewhere. I asked about the price differences and was told that was all they offered and that was in fact the correct price at $250 for a lesser model.
