Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) receives consistently positive reviews for its excellent customer service. Staff members are described as professional, friendly, and personable, frequently exceeding expectations. Specific employees are noted for being extremely thorough in explaining accounts and terms, helping with complicated transactions by thinking outside the box, and providing magnificent assistance. The branch successfully handles issues that other locations could not. However, some customers find the current operating hours, from 10 AM to 4 PM, to be inconvenient and not great for those with standard work schedules.
I’ve been coming to this location for a little over a year now and it’s always a pleasure! Here once a week whether it’s Kira or Omone, they are always joyful and pleasant! I look forward to seeing them when I come in and I thank you ladies!!!
