I opened a new account with Ralph and although the appointment was for 1 PM, they got me in early.
He was extremely thorough with explaining all terms and conditions of both accounts, familiarizing myself with the app and website, and maintaining a very personable experience throughout the entire experience.
I came here two weeks ago to handle a large check after being rejected by East Pioneer Parkway and Pantego Location but the lady manager has been Magnificent!
Every time this branch has exceeded my expectations!
Well done guys and gals!

This Bank sucks they never have enough help when you ask for another teller they look at you like your out of line for asking. Will be transfering to Chase.

rude employee they are not willing to help you they treat people as if the people owed them a favor or as if they were doing the client a favor they are not professionals they have no idea how to treat a client or how to find solutions to help said client the truth is It bothers me a lot because it is the bank I have always had and this agency is the one I have always gone to because it is the closest to my house but lately they have terrible customer service

My wife and I came to open an account, but they don't have anyone who does that here. That is the most basic job of a bank, opening accounts. I will find a different company to do this very basic job.

Customer service is good. But hours are not great. I know there is Covid. But very inconvenient hours if I have to go to a bank, it has to be 10 to 4, which are my work hours.

I needed to make a complicated transaction, and would've had to go to several places to get it done.Jennifer (my Teller) went above and beyond with customer service by thinking outside of the box, I really appreciate her efforts.I'd recommend this location for excellent customer service and care.

Came in this morning to withdraw money I was told I couldn't because of a pending charge, so I went to another Bank of America and withdrew my money no problem. I'm taking the rest of my money out of this bank and closing it tomorrow.

Terrible times to be open. How is anyone who actually works supposed to be able to get in during work hours. To top it off they tend to come in late and leave early.Their atm machines won't register checks half the time, and the customer service is non existent.Teller was more worried flirting with a customer than keeping the line rolling. Then proceeded to get mad and say I can just get a different bank when I asked why they're the only location that adheres to these weird hours.

To start I’ve been a B of A customer for over 25 years. It’s 2 days before CHRISTMAS, 2021 and there are ZERO tellers in the bank! Absolutely ZERO… and won’t be for another 20+ minutes. This is the BUSIEST TIME OF YEAR AND NOBOBY IS AVAILABLE TO HELP CUSTOMERS!! It’s not like you can use the drive thru either, they’ve removed all of the teller stations. On top of that the “manager” on duty, Terrance Shine, was very condescending. A simple question was met with an attitude and sarcastic mumbling under his breath. The WORST “customer service” I’ve received from this location ever! If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would!
