I've been to many different Build-A-Bears in the DFW area and this one is by far my favorite one to go to! The staff is always so kind and helpful and Krystle is amazing! She always goes above and beyond and super sweet. :) Would definitely recommend this BAB to others. I always have a great experience! <3

The manager on the right (Diana) made us wait longer than expected while the other employee assisted a customer with a large order. Despite clearly being available, she simply decided to make us wait. I asked if she was open and she said “um no I’m not”. She clearly was not assisting anyone. As a manager, she should take initiative and go above and beyond for every customer. Overall not great customer service because of management.
* I understand that a wait is to be expected, but in this instance it was obvious that she simply did not care to attend to customers.

Friendly employees gave our birthday kiddo a good experience. Store does not have an available bathroom, had to go on a trek to the food court.

Disappointing visit. The store was understaffed with long wait times. My 2-year-old was holding tester scents and the employee kept hounding us to take them, upsetting her, though they weren’t even in use. No birthday hats, just a handwritten sticker. The employee barely explained anything and seemed more focused on crowd control than creating a fun experience.

The first order placed through Uber for delivery was canceled without a notification. Then I call the next day and am told I have to re order and pay agi., plus pick it up at the store to get it in the time I need. It's been a week, and I'm still waiting for my refund. At this point , I have paid for my order twice. Very unhappy.

Took my older children. It was my eldest child's birthday, and he brought a friend. They all really enjoyed the entire process. The people were friendly and helpful.

I went here today for my son’s birthday. It was really clean, organized, and very well stocked! There were plenty of choices for boys and girls. They had Pokemon, bluey, hello kitty and tons of other animals. The customer service was great too!

I visited this location for the first time and was put off by the welcome we received from a tall lady black hair with glasses thinking her name was kristen. Her attitude sucked from the time we walked in and again at checkout! Jobs are choices if this job makes you miserable please find another profession. What should have been a fun experience was overshadowed by this employees bad attitude.

It's was very busy. 3 days before Christmas. Remind me never to do that again, by the way. Anyways, we spent 2 hours in lines, but you know what? It was worth the wait. The staff was awesome. They were very friendly and did everything they could to keep things running smoothly.

This location is refusing to ship our order. They made a fake label 5 days ago but never actually shipped the order. Everytime we call them they keep giving us a fake excuse. We are about to dispute this as fraud, do not come to this location.

I had the best experience! The staff were amazing and made my little girl feel so special! Bunni was such a great help and got us checked out real quick while keeping a smile on her face. It was probably a tough day in the store, there were quite a few people but the employees kept everything professional and made my daughter feel so appreciated! Thank you to the employees at the Arlington Parks mall Build-a-bear! ?
