Build-A-Bear Workshop Arlington offers a unique experience to create a custom plush toy by adding outfits, sounds, and scents. A custom voice recording can add a special touch. The store is also a place to host a PAWsome party for birthdays or other events, which includes a customized furry friend and a Special Heart ceremony. Reviews note the store is clean, organized, and very well stocked with plenty of choices like Pokemon and Bluey. The staff is consistently described as friendly, helpful, and awesome, working to keep things running smoothly even when very busy. However, the store does not have an available bathroom. Many customers report a good experience and plan on returning.
Miguel provided excellent service! We drove several hours to come down to this mall and the whole time we were in Build A Bear, he was very kind, engaging, and professional. We will definitely be back !
