Close to stadium and attractions for a quick overnight stay. Smaller older musty rooms-not great for families. Seems like staff is just holding it together with minimal employees. Pay a little more and maybe pick a better place if you’re here longer than a night.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I booked a three night stay and on the first night I left to go to my business meeting came back room had not been clean and I have not put do not disturb sign on the door so I’m not sure why it was not clean. Second day before leaving for my business meeting, went to the front desk and asked them to please have housekeeping, clean my room put some fresh linen in it. The bedsheets were not change just made up the bathroom was not clean. Just put fresh towels in it. I travel once a month for business and this will be the last time I stay at a courtyard Marriott. Very disappointed service, and the fact that the bathroom floor is dirty the face bowl had not been clean. The shower had not been clean. I’ll check out in the morning. This will be my last day at one of your hotels.
Rooms: I originally book a king bed. We paid in advance, and when I arrive at the check-in, they told me they only had handicap rooms, so my bed was almost to the floor.
Nearby activities: I’m not sure of the nearby activities. I was here for business so really didn’t have time to enjoy the nightlife or nearby activities.
Safety: I did not see any issues concerned in my safety
Walkability: not sure if it was walkable again I was here for business didn’t really have time to move around in that manner
Food and drinks: I did not eat during my stay, but the drinks were OK
Noteworthy details: I really don’t have any noteworthy details for the stay.

Food and drinks: Breakfast takes too long to serve and has a high cost.
Noteworthy details: Had several issues during payment because the stablishment could not proceed the transaction with my card.

BEWARE this Marriott will rip you off BAD! I canceled my reservation with them not once but TWICE because they never actually cancelled it. First spoke to a man second time a woman. They both assured me the reservation was cancelled. Then they charged me $369 for a no show when I was not even in town that night. Spoke to the utterly USELESS management and they refuse to refund so now I have to dispute through my bank which is fine but just letting other travelers know it doesn’t matter if you cancel they will still fraudulently withdraw money from you account. 10/10 do NOT recommend Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Arlington/Entertainment District
Noteworthy details: The management are literal thieves charging peoples accounts hundreds of dollars.

I experienced unforeseen circumstances and the hotel was unwilling to accept cancellation request and issue a refund.
We had a negative experience with this hotel.

Nice and kind staff.
I deducted 2 stars because a huge bug got in the room and because the Internet was a mess: it is a pain to connect (you need to create a loyalty account), it was slow and it was very restricted. It's been a while since the last time I stayed at a hotel stuck in 2000.

Customer service here is excellent. When looking for places to stay, things like that are separators. Big thanks to management, especially Brian!

Great location for events at AT&T Stadium or Globe Life Field. Some of the best service by front desk and food/beverage staff I've experienced at a Marriott in a long time (Gold Elite Bonvoy member). The location and layout are old, but spacious and has been updated/refreshed. We stayed on a busy summer weekend but lines were short, staff was so friendly and accommodating. My kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. There are some annoying local tax/tourism fees associated with the stadium district; just be prepared for that.
Rooms: Rooms are old, but spacious and have been updated
Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants and activities; hotel itself is in a business/residential area
Food and drinks: Close/walking distance to both major stadiums; Six Flags and UTA are a little farther away but still nearby

We talked to the assistant manager and a lady. They were very helpful and understanding. They helped us out. Thanks to you both.

Brian Foose- This GM refused to allow me to change my date due to a flight cancellation due to weather. Based on reviews for his property, I gather he is an even worse manager than I had thought. He must be desperate for patrons to keep a Platinum members date and be unwilling to accommodate an act of God from weather. Bad business decision Brian.
